the park cash-back - terms & conditions

*Park clients that obtain financing with our partners at True North Mortgage are entitled to a Cash-Back equivalent to 20% of the commission collected by the buyer’s brokerage, net of applicable taxes. Typical commissions collected by the buyer’s brokerage are:

Calgary
3.5% of the first $100,000 plus 1.5% of the balance of the net purchase price.**

Vancouver
3.255% of the first $100,000 plus 1.1625% of the balance of the net purchase price.**

Toronto
2.5% of the total purchase price.**

**These are the local industry standard commission rates, but actual commission rates may vary by listing.

The Park Cash-Back will be direct deposited into the client’s bank account within 10 business days of their purchase closing date. The Park Cash-Back Program is currently only available to buyers in the Greater Calgary Area, Greater Toronto Area and the Greater Vancouver Area.
